New and learning about this great community! We are a capital group based in Atlanta that invests in alternative assets.

To date we have primarily focused in the private debt space providing growth capital, bridge loans, etc to small and medium sized businesses. Also invest equity in real estate as LPs and co-GPs. If any of the above aligns in interest or need with anyone reading this (either looking for a loan/funding for your business or looking for co-investors for a project) don't hesitate to shoot me a message and we can talk it through!

We are also starting our search like many of you to get into the ETA space as investors/owners/operators. Keeping an open mind for now in terms of what we might be interested in but the process is exciting.

Hi Alexander, My group is in the process of starting our next rollup. If you would be interested in working with us, we can select the industry together, then we will build this new rollup, and you have a company to buy in the agreed timeline, or an equity stake so we can all exit. We are pure M&A, not brokers.
