Charlotte based Healthcare Practice conversion to MSO and Recapitalization

I am working with a Physician group seeking to convert /sell their practice into an MSO structure. We are seeking a President of the MSO with relevant experience (business development and knowledge of healthcare sector as the priority) in our process. Valuation of the practice is approximately $7.5mm at a 5x multiple (ebitda is after physician salaries/bonuses). The physician of course will remain but the goal over the course is to grow the platform significantly and recruit additional physician partners into the MSO.
