Healthcare or another sector? Is the timing at all bad for an acquisition?

Healthcare would be the ideal sector for a first acquisition or not? I believe it would based on the needs of the sector from all age ranges especially the older age bracket. Has the boat been missed tho or is there a better sector out there??
