Healthcare Opportunity in the UK

I am currently submitting an offer for a healthcare company in the UK. Whilst this is not a strict search fund, as it is a turnaround appreciate it may not be interesting to the investor community (for those who are interested please reach out to me.). I am looking to find recommendations for debt providers, the company owns 79% of the freehold of its assets and its core sites are EBITDA generating of £3.1 million (£!6 million of Revenues).

Hi Enrique, maybe should have updated. I introduced the deal to a distressed debt fund who acquired the facility. PM and I can talk about structure
