Here we go again!

Please feel free to read our company's experience with getting our employees healthcare, vision, dental insurance in the first 90 -ish days of new ownership. It also talks about the effects we have experienced since adding health insurance and has encouraged us to add additional benefits for all employees for future goals. As always please feel free to ask your. questions, and if you feel so inclined, I'd greatly appreciate a clap if you found the article helpful!

Great post. Very similar experience on my end. We offered it to 18 employees, and 6 signed up. However, some new hires have come along the way, and we're now about 13 out of 30 employees signed up. I believe it is a moral imperative to offer it, and it comes with the benefit of distinguishing yourself as an employer in the long run

You guys in the US have the benefit that providing healthcare is seen as a differential, so I see a strong case to offer them that and showing you care. I'm curious to know what is the additional cost after you added health insurance?
