Based on the smashing success of our recent meetups, we'll have another healthcare (Zoom) meetup this month. 1.5 hour (90 minutes###-###-#### PST.

This event is for all healthcare (adjacent) Searchfunders. We will discuss current deals and shared interests while finding ways to support and help each other. The goal is to create a community of searchers with a common purpose and diverse perspectives and backgrounds. This is a free (now and forever) event. Join us!

We had a great discussion today and all learned a lot. Some focus areas were home care, licenses and ownership, incentives, stock Vs asset purchase and franchises as an ETA target. Thank you to those that attended and contributed. Great to see several repeat attendees and several searchers from Los Angeles (UCLA/Anderson) and Chicago (Booth).

Deal sourcing, working with brokers, proof of funds, SBA changes, real estate in deals, podcasts, seller pricing expectations and more.
