ABOUT ACQUIMATCH
AcquiMatch is the leading concierge acquisition service for first-time business buyers. We don't just find deals. We match buyers to the right business based on skills, goals, lifestyle, risk tolerance, and readiness. It's acquisition matchmaking, not brokerage.
Our system was built and refined by our expert team through thousands of client deals. The proof: every client we take on submits at least one LOI and they close on business acquisitions at 20x the industry average. The industry standard is that only 2% of aspiring first-time buyers ever close.
Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) is exploding, and the appetite for what we do is climbing right along with it.
YOUR MISSION
We're hiring a Head of Marketing to take what we’ve built and turn it into a world class marketing engine.
The demand is already here. What we don't have yet is a predictable, consistent machine that turns it into qualified leads. Our founder single handedly runs the marketing and when the business needs her, can’t give it the consistency and attention it deserves. Right now almost all our new client leads come from word-of-mouth and podcast appearances. When the podcast goes quiet, so does the pipeline.
You're the person who fixes that for good. You build a better engine, own it end to end, and grow the team around it as it scales. This is a build-it role, not a maintain-it role.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
You own our owned channels end to end: newsletter, blog, LinkedIn, webinars, events, and the long and short-form content we build from them. You take this off the team's plate, raise the bar, and turn it into a machine that runs without the founder feeding it.
From Day One, this is hands-on. You produce, write, oversee filming & editing and ship. As you learn our brand and our buyer, you take the wheel on strategy and, over time, build and lead the marketing team.
A few things you'll drive:
Turn our weekly newsletter into the hub we repurpose everything from. The founder writes it and wants to keep writing it. You sharpen it, ship it on time, and spin it into SEO blog content, YouTube, and short-form clips.
Own LinkedIn, where our audience lives. Set the cadence and the strategy that pulls inbound.
Run our webinars end to end: promotion, setup, run-of-show, and follow-up that converts.
Deliver 5 to 10 qualified sales leads per week from owned channels by the end of your first 90 days, and cut our reliance on guest podcast spots to near zero.
Optimize our existing lead magnets and nurture sequences so no lead goes cold and more leads become booked calls.
Run paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to amplify what's working. Own the budget against a target cost-per-qualified-lead. Kill losers, scale winners.
Guard our brand voice: punchy, direct, unmistakably AcquiMatch. Never boring corporate.
Here's the flywheel you own: When our content earns trust at scale, more qualified buyers raise their hands. More qualified buyers means more closed clients. More closed clients means more revenue, which earns you the budget and the team to grow the engine you built. You sit at the top of that flywheel.
BUILD THE FOUNDER'S BRAND
The biggest lever you own is our founder's brand. She's our most powerful source of leads, and that asset is badly underused. The Hormozis and Dan Martell proved that a strong founder brand becomes a business's most durable, lowest-cost lead machine. That's the playbook
Turn her voice, story, and expertise into reach, trust, and inbound.
Script the founder for VSLs, short-form, and long-form content.
Capture content with her in studio, at live events, and with clients, so we never miss a moment worth posting.
Build a pipeline of speaking, podcast, and interview opportunities so inbound requests for the founder and team climb quarter over quarter.
Help develop and launch our own podcast when the engine is ready to support it.
If you're ready to build the engine that makes AcquiMatch impossible to ignore, we can't wait to see your submission.
