The Head of Buy-Side Operations owns the strategy for advancing Unbroker's growing buy-side demand across retained search, buyer representation, third-party partnerships, training, education, programs, and other models. What you will do: 1. Formalize the North American buy-side operations plan. 2. Define and test monetization models for individual and institutional buyers. 3. Build systems for buyer qualification, matching, conversion, and monetization. 4. Create offerings across retained search, representation, partnerships, training, education, and subscriptions.
