Head of Business Operations

POSITION + SCOPE As an experienced business operations leader, you are ready for a pivotal, entrepreneurial, and purpose-driven move in your career. Reporting to the President and working towards the official launch of this organization in 2023, your role will be critical in the strategic design and execution of The Canada ETA Accelerator offerings. Working with an ecosystem of investors, advisors, faculty, university partners, and social impact professionals, you will ensure relevant parties are managed and utilized effectively in support of our overall mission and objectives to support Searchers throughout their ETA journey. This is an exciting opportunity to build something meaningful and enduring, joining an entrepreneurial team that is working to accelerate the leadership and impact of purpose-driven business across Canada, and to work directly with social impact leaders, investors, and advisors to scale businesses, and deliver solutions to foster a more purpose-driven economy.
