Beyond my investments in ETA/Search, I'm involved in a partnership that funds independent movies and TV shows filmed in Georgia.

Since 2014, our team has backed 20 projects, including many that you are probably a fan of. We're constantly receiving pitches—approximately 50 each month—with many featuring A-list talent commitments and interest from major studios. We have sold our finished content to Netflix, Sony, Warner Brothers, Lionsgate, and Amazon.

We focus on Georgia-based projects due to the state's favorable conditions which align perfectly with our model, which involve:

• Targeting a 30% tax incentive rebate by choosing to shoot projects in Georgia
• Securing a minimum guarantee agreement with a major distributor
• Committing to cover only 30% of the film's budget, thereby mitigating financial risks
• Investing funds only when pre-sales commitments are already in place
  Due to the amount of deal flow we're receiving these days - we're considering introducing investors to this opportunity and investing their capital in these projects along with us. Posting anonymously because I'm not sure if the Searchfunder audience is interested in this space.
