I’m trying to make an acquisition for around $4m cash to seller. I’ll need $400k for the down payment/deposit on the acquisition loan. Does anyone have any contacts who can make that kind of loan? I’ve seen mezzanine lenders and bridge loan lenders doing $1m minimum, but that’s too much for me. I’m also open to an independent sponsor structure or having investors…whatever it takes to close the gap.
