I'm a service-connected disabled vet looking to partner with an established business to bid on SDVOSB set-aside contracts. Anyone here have experience with this? Thanks for the help!

I run the best high end addiction treatment center in Silicon Valley. Newsweek ranks us #4 in Ca fwiw. This year we expanded to offer our services, provided at the same quality to Veterans and First Responders. We are working with VA and are Community Care partner under Triwest and from Jan 1, 2025 will be seeing people everyone covered under Tricare (active/retired/familiy members). But, due to CA passing Prop###-###-#### Billion for Mental health / housing / services for homeless and 1/3rd of it aimed to service vets) I am aiming to figure out how to expand based on this. SO, while not actionable just yet, there are a lot of moving parts, from Financing to Legal to Grants to Construction. And while I can figure out the Mental Health / Addiction treatment component, the other parts I will partner with people. SDVOSB seems like it would be a good synergy

1. Identify a contract in the pipeline and reach out to a larger prime to be a subcontractor with them on pursuing the contract. Many of the larger ones have a place on their website to submit your business for this purpose, but finding the right POC at the company is helpful.

2. Can also do the inverse of the above if it's a SDVOSB set-aside. You prime it with someone else as a sub.

3. The JV or Mentor-Protege progr
