Has anyone worked with companies that raise equity/debt for a fee?

Hi everyone,
We're looking to close a potential equity gap on one of our deals. I was wondering if anyone has ever hired/retained a capital sourcing provider and wouldn't mind if I asked them a few questions about the experience? Thank you for the help.

I can introduce you to a couple of funds interested in search fund investments. redacted I have also seen that Woodbridge International is helping searchers raise equity for a fee. I believe it is a relatively new service they are offering.

What you really need is a Bridge Loan. As long as the business has a minimum of 150% DSCR including the Bridge loan you are good to go.
