We are under LOI for a deal that is going to be mostly funded through a sale leaseback group, but need to bridge about ~$1M through debt.

I have some lenders I can connect you with if you want to DM me. I would need more details to know if the people in my network can assist, however. It sounds like you may be buying a building with real estate included. Then you are going to sell the building immediately to fund the business, but are still coming up with a 1M gap?
