Has Anyone Used Mystery Shoppers During Diligence?
I am evaluating a potential acquisition, and I’m looking to run a small phone-based mystery shopping exercise to evaluateredactedcompetitors on inquiry handling, responsiveness, pricing transparency, sales process, and follow-up discipline versus competitors. I did the initial calls myself, but I'd like more neutral results. Would appreciate any suggestions for firms, freelancers, or best practices from anyone who has done this before. Thanks in advance.
