Has anyone used an affordable lawyer to set up an LLC?

I wanted to have the LLC set up before the commitments come through. What's the simplest and most economical way to do this?
Is it fine to just use an online service, since LLC formation is boiler-plate and AOA can be edited (if needed) once investors step in? (Do let me know if you recommend specific online services!)
Or would you recommend working with a lawyer? (Do let me know if you have any affordable suggestions!)

You’re right, the certificate of formation can always be amended - the extent to which the operating agreement can be amended will be set out in the operating agreement itself. If single member, do make sure the OA grants the company the authority to create and issue additional unit classes and units (e.g., common, preferred, incentive).
