Has anyone tried to use AI to predict AI/Automation cost savings when looking at a CIM?

Curious if anyone has tried this - some sort of method where you can look at CIM and all the supporting info and have some sort of framework/formula to predict how much EBITDA/SDE can be improved by implementing AI or AI tools or any workflow automations in general. Maybe by looking at expenses, the employee breakdown, etc. Obviously CIMs are limited and with more information or day-to-day breakdowns it would do a better job, but was thinking could be useful to try to build some sort of Custom GPT that make quick bottom-line improvement predictions like this consistently that everyone can use.

You will need a solid understanding of their customer journey and an intel on the backend systems. This would help you identify areas that can either be automated or improved using an AI agent. This is part of the AI Assessment that we do for Searchers. It's possible but you will require a team and need to invest significant amount of time into it. I would strongly advise against uploading a CIM into ChatGPT and hope for cost savings to be spun out. You can download our self-use FREE AI Assessment Framework here https://link.seesit.io/
