Has anyone tried the preferred lists of deals that can be subscribed to?

For example, Clint Fiore of Bison Business Brokers publishes a paid newsletter of off-market deals. He charges for access and limits to 250 paying subscribers. Is this worth it?

For this particular newsletter, the deals are pre-market, so you can work the deal 2-4 weeks before other buyers. From my experience, they are geographically diverse (all US-based), so it's not as effective if your search is in one specific geo.
