Has anyone sold a laser - medical treatment clinic before?

I’ve worked on these as an attorney. For affiliated services, not every buyer and seller have to be physicians, though a lot of them work in the space.
for Laser therapy, the state regulations would determine whether physician ownership is required. There are complex workarounds possible, but it depends on clarification of a few variables.

I have sold a few of these. One sold to a dermatologist. Others sold to non medical people.. They have all done well.
