Has anyone prepared a pitch for rollovers into the Search Fund?

Has anyone ever prepared a pitch / business case to persuade Sellers in doing an Equity Rollover into the Search Fund structure?
We're analyzing the pros/ cons for sellers. Amongst others, key advantage for sellers is the use of leverage, but in our case they are worried with the dilution (step up capital, sellers' shares).
