I expect that they will be tough negotiators for you to sit across from the table from. The founders are very savvy operators that I respect, and Carlos is in the top 0.1% when it comes to digital marketing - i.e. unless you have something really unique product or brand-wise, they could choose to replicate your sku's and outrank you in amazon SEO for acquisition. There's good reason that they closed a $260M funding round just a few weeks ago.
