Has anyone had experience in the home repair, handyman or property management space?

I am a partner in an organically grown home repair business and looking to either roll up in this space or grow it to sell- has anyone had experience growing or buying in the handyman, property management space etc? I like to have a call to consider if this is worthwhile and learn from the experience of others.

Handyman repair is a tough business given the lower ticket cost vs a plumber and the level of urgency for the buyer is lower. Like anything specialization should be a big focus or getting some big contract with apartment buildings, large industrial tenants etc.
