I’m currently working with Calder and kicked off the process at the end of the summer. I can echo what Wes shared, and it’s been great working with such a professional team. While I haven’t found the right deal yet, they’ve consistently sent high-quality opportunities. What I really appreciate is that when a business seems like a good fit, I’ll meet the owner for lunch to get to know them before diving deeper into the financials. It’s a bit like dating and more personal, the opposite of a typical brokered deal. That said, the process does move more slowly, but it’s exclusive and worth it in my opinion

Yes - I am currently working with Calder. I've been extremely pleased with the results of working with Calder. They have been providing a good flow of legitimate leads from a proprietary search and really good counsel when talking through opportunities. I haven't found 'the one' quite yet but I'm confident that it is coming and soon. Highly recommend them. They are pricy up-front, but ultimately you should be able to put their deal fee into the acquisition financing model.
