Has Anyone Experienced "Rate Limit Exceeded"?

I am new here and was searching industries on IBIS in A, B, and C order. When I got to the beginning of the letter L, I could not access it anymore and instead got the "Rate Limit Exceeded" message each time.
If you have experienced this, what are the next steps?
