Has anyone ever looked into an obgyn mso that for value-based care?

There seems like a very obvious opportunity here because so many women use their obgyns as their pcps, and, if properly enabled to do so, may be able to deliver much better care. Just beginning to think about it but curious to know if anyone else has dug in!

I always love the ideas from over the ocean :-). In terms of buy and (or then) build, I generally think 10 or 20 years after the US of A has done something, we do it overhere too (if).
For example, OB/GYN is splitted overhere, GYN in hospitals, OB mostly in little companies. For the last, formula's could be a good idea. Also dental and homedocters are just beginning to merge. Sometimes I have this feeling experienced MenA people could come over, or, stay on the other side of the ocean, and just mentor or give some formula insides and experiences to EU executors, as there's lots of opportunities in Europe, thinking in terms of unmerged markets.
Happy to think more generally about this too :-)

We work with many OBGYNs (retail and compounding pharmacy), though I haven't considered it from this perspective.

I will say though, like much of healthcare, there's a lot of consolidation especially in metro areas in PCP and other physician offices. Anecdotally, while there's obviously a push towards VBC, the vast majority of billing is still FFS.

Again, anecdotal, but the OBGYNs that seem to be doing successfully on their own that we know have shifted more to "wellness" and "anti-aging" practices. We work with those sorts of docs a lot for the compounding side of our business.
