Has anyone done a deal brokered by Benchmark International?

I'm currently looking at a deal brokered by Benchmark International. With Benchmark, their deals don't have a list price so I'm interested in hearing peoples' experience with them. Let me know if you looked at or closed a deal that went through them.

BINGO! my experience also (similar)...and felt like Benchmark knew it too based on the super hands off effort or lack thereof by Benchmark during our courting of a Seller we found when viewing their catalog of deals......their catalog of deals is differentiated and thats exciting at first...but then you find the hard way Benchmark isnt vetting them to ensure serious intent to sell!
