has anyone done a concentrated fund where there are only a few investors (vs###-###-#### in a traditional search fund)? exactly how would you structure this?

Create your own model. I have worked to take the best of traditional and self-funded to create a hybrid. I have a fairly concentrated fund while not being a single sponsor. Happy to share more if you would like to send a DM.
