has anyone acquired a company with boopos + investor money (or other financing) before.?
Have had trouble finding investors that are comfortable investing alongside boopos. 

If so, how did you find those investors / structure the deal. Thanks!

Echoing the above. Although in my case, being UK based at the time, and looking at a fairly small target (c. £200k ebitda) and being an ecommerce business, it was almost the only debt financing option for me.

I had a similar experience. The rates they charged would have strapped the cash flow in one of my previous deals. Good option for right deal but may be to expensive for most.
