Need an extra set of capable hands? If you’re a current searcher, recent acquirer, or small business operator juggling too many priorities, I can help. I’m an aspiring searcher with a BBA and a mix of early-career experience in consulting, real estate, sales, startups, and small business support. My long-term goal is to acquire and operate my own company through ETA. I’m looking to work directly with an owner/operator to gain hands-on operational experience while delivering measurable value to your business. I can wear multiple hats to keep the business moving forward and growing, whether its ops, admin, processes, growth, or any and all opportunities and challenges that arise. I’m flexible on location and role structure, my priority is tackling real business challenges all the way up to ownership level by earning trust through proven competence and success.
