We recently wrapped a GTM Due Diligence engagement that produced some interesting takeaways I thought was worth sharing here.
The project focused on evaluating growth durability, pricing headroom, and scalability before close, and ended up uncovering ~300 bps of margin expansion potential. The findings shaped a 120-day roadmap that the investor is now using post-close to guide execution.
We put together a short case study highlighting what worked, what surprised us, and how linking diligence to post-close planning can accelerate value creation.
