Growth or Fixed mindset are arguably opposite effects on how we react on facing difficulties in life. How and what do you tell yourself when facing failures, challenges and criticisms? When you have growth mindset, you tend to take more risks than having fixed mindset. Which mindset are you?

I grew up in the house that I would classify as a fixed mindset; of course I didn't know that at the time. I think framing your thinking to focus on a growth mindset is vital to experience professional growth. I believe embracing a fixed mindset will cause the person to focus on the wrong activities and prevent them from achieving their goals. The good news is that you can teach yourself to switch from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset

For many years I had the wrong mindset, I mean the the fixed mindset. And because of that I lost a lot of opportunities and I didn't growth at all. Since I change to an growth mindset my life completely change. For those who are struggling with this I recommend reading the book Mindset from Carol Dweck. It's a life changing.
