Hi everyone, I'm posting on behalf of our team (@redacted‌). We're two operators building a residential property management roll-up. We're currently recruiting for an industry advisor. Someone who has operated or owned a residential PM company, ideally with 250+ units of experience. This is a Board Advisory role with equity in the holding company. No capital contribution required. We're looking for someone who can help us evaluate deals and lend industry credibility as we grow. A bit about us: we have previous startup exit experience and are full-time focused on this. Thanks, @redacted‌, My wife (and business partner, multiple times) and I owned and operated a PM company in CA for ten years. It was virtually all SFH; we peaked at just under 600 doors before we sold it in 2019. We now operate a business brokerage/LMM M&A advisory in NV and CA.
