Good morning everyone! I’m Pete Vera, Managing Partner at GreenRock Logistics. I spent 8 years in the Navy running logistics ops ($320M+ in assets managed), and now I’m buying and building a transportation/3PL company offering omnichannel fulfillment and delivery nationwide. Our team unites decades of expertise: the CEO offers 40 years in trucking leadership and acquisitions as well as a SVP role at the American Trucking Association; the other Managing Partner brings 32 years in warehouse ops, government contracts, entrepreneurship, and marketing. What we're looking for: -Trucking carriers, freight brokerages, warehouse-based 3PLs -$2M–$20M revenue | $500k–$2M EBITDA -Eastern US, Southeast, & Midwest preferred (but open to deals across the US) We're investor-backed, can move fast, and emphasize preserving the existing leadership in the business. ***Know any brokers, intermediaries, or owners in this space? Would appreciate intros—especially if you’ve passed on a deal that might fit our buy box or know a business owner exploring a transition. What we offer: -Finders fee upon deal closing (negotiable terms) -I host Exit Algorithms (https://www.bizexitgrow.com/exitalgorithms) and I’m opening up guest interviews for###-###-#### If you’re a business owner or exec looking to increase your online presence, let's connect. Hey brother, love the background. Logistics is at it's worst time it could every be, it's running on razor thin margins and bleeding cash. Wouldn't recommend it at this moment, market has been in a recession for the past 3 years even England Logistics (who I used to work for) subsidiary of CR England lost 50% of clients over the past 3 years. Lots of brokers going out of business, trucking companies closing down. It's not a good time, but won't stop you. It's easy to find companies, get a license with carrier411 look up freight brokerages and trucking companies you can filter by size and 9/10 you find the direct dial. Good luck
