Great news! SBA has changed it's limit for Investor liquidity test back to 20% from 10% ownership.

The SBA just released the policy notice. This is effective immediately! We will no longer need to test the liquidity of investors owning less than 20%. Please send me an e-mail if you have specific questions: redacted policy notice below:
