Hey all - I'm working on an acquisition of a niche retail firm with a few small B2B lines of business. I'm looking for someone who might have seen something like this to help me get a QoE done. Appreciate any references.

Strong word of warning from someone who used an “inexpensive” QofE firm. Ask your investors and/or bank who they prefer. By the time you get to close, you’ll know the numbers backwards and forwards, but the QofE ultimately gives confidence to your debt and equity. I tried to save some money by using a less expensive firm and ended up losing some investors who lost confidence in the deal because their report wasn’t what they expected from a QofE.

I know it's a little late, but we're a YC-backed startup that automates the QoE so you can receive it back in days (instead of weeks) and for 90% cheaper. I'd be happy to jump on a quick call with you. You can either email me at redacted or schedule a time on my Calendly [https://calendly.com/dealwise/fdd]
