Just had a positive experience with an escrow agent that I wanted to share. We needed to get escrow set up for a deal within just a few days. We reached out to many escrow agents (all the usual suspects), and only UMB was able to move as quickly as we needed. Extremely efficient KYC, cost-effective options, and a very coordinated team (the entire team was at DB -> Wilmington Trust -> now UMB as of last year). Couldn't have had a better experience for both buyer and seller. I don't have any connection with them, but I'm just sharing in case anyone else needs a recommendation for an escrow agent. redacted
