Does anyone have experience with GovTech SaaS companies?  Looking at a target and want more color on the sales cycle with local governments.  I presume it can be long but looking for tips to determine whether this company is set up for future sales success.

My experience was that it is a very long sales cycle and that entrenched competitors are difficult to displace. Also, government buyers are completely different that normal commercial buyers in terms of painpoints/features/benefits.
