Zach- reach out to sbLiftoff. They are an M+A firm that works almost exclusively with gov con and I've really enjoyed their professionalism. I'm looking to acquire an SDVOSB myself. Also lots of gov con events and meetups in DC where you can likely find some business owners looking to sell.
