Google Ads for seller lead generation?

Does anyone have experience with running a google ads campaign to generate seller leads? We plan to run our first ad campaign and looking for tips to get high quality leads.

^redacted‌ we have ran google ads for various clients, but not for seller lead generation.

I would be curious to know the results of this campaign if it works out. However based on my basic understanding, There won't be a big number of people that fits under your criteria would be looking to sell the business until or unless you have a very broad criteria for buying the business.

Instead, maybe Meta Ads for brand awareness, or maybe LinkedIn Ads for direct selling conversation might work well.

It would be great to be in loop with the output if you would be open to sharing that. I can be found at redacted if you want to have a discussion around the same.

You can try it, but I wouldn't hold your breath for it. B2B leads on Google tend to be very expensive, so to do it cost effectively you need to know what you're doing, i.e. have retargeting campaigns and pull out all the stops. That being said, I see retargeting ads from brokers on Youtube, so some people are certainly out there running ads looking for sellers.
