Good QofE providers for under $10K?

I'm about to go under LOI for a small business that I'm hoping to acquire and I'm looking for a Quality of Earnings provider. I have reached out to a handful, and am getting quotes typically around $20K but sometimes more depending on the extent of service. I'd ideally like to be in the 5-12K range.

Anyone have any good recommendations? Is what I'm looking for even realistic?

The total project cost for this deal is around $1.5M and is in the B2B carpet cleaning services and flood damage restoration in the Chicagoland area, if that matters. I'd also love to have someone who could provide go-forward accounting services if the acquisition goes through.

While its not always true, I generally believe you get what you pay for from a QOE provider. Someone willing to do a QOE for $5k isn't going to really deep dive in the way you need for an effective QOE.
