Good Blue Collar Employment Hiring Agency

Anybody know of a good blue collar job placement agency that they'd recommend. Looking to ramp up one of my PortCos and Indeed just isn't cutting it. They would ideally have a focus on blue collar businesses in the northeast.

Our best employees have come via referral from existing employees. I agree with you, Indeed et al, seems to be a roll of the dice and eats up a ton of time sifting through non-viable candidates.
