Interesting deal. Goddard schools can be solid if the enrollment base is stable and the lease terms are favorable. The partnership structure is usually where things get tricky, especially with SBA rules around ownership and control. Curious how you are thinking about splitting responsibilities among the partners and what financing paths you are leaning toward.
