Does anyone have any insight into the business in which goats are rented to clear land? Very niche and very interesting, but I can't seem to find much information on it.

I remeber reading an article about this back when I was in school and it stuck in my mind:
I would read about Goat Green LLC and their business model. They have been operational for years now and have contracts with city governments.
