What are the biggest takeaways from being a searcher in your second year in search that you weren’t aware of the first 90 days of search? What are 2-3 tips so valuable you'd pay money for early on in your search just to learn it?

(1) initial ramp up is too slow so figure out a way to speed up the ramp up; (2) avoid spending too much time on a deal that eventually dies; (3) avoid focusing just on the live deal that’s in front of them and stop doing active search on other deals.
