We were good with getting NDA's not not as good with the LOI's. If we had to do it over agai we not have entered the exclusivity agreement we entered into that did not lead to a fial contract

We submit multiple IOIs per month but LOIs are usually one per month after we get some positive response for IOIs and after we had a chance to talk to seller and or visit the facility etc.
