I would recommend finding a qualified attorney to help you with your document request. Every deal is different to just come up with standard templates. If your local bank has a M&A team talk to them for attorney and due diligence recommendations. If you are located in Hamburg check out the IFB Hamburg and of course the KfW financing information.

I definitely woul follow ^Robert Sterzing and his advise. Maybe your colleagues at https://www2.deloitte.com/dl/de/services/legal.html have some templates.
