General question on ETA

Hey everyone, I haven't been on this platform in a while. I locked in to finish my Bachelor of Finance and Bankind degree from the University of Adelaide (South Australia) and now work in finance while building my fintech startup incubated at the uni. It's in credit/lending and wanted to know if anyone has purchased a lending business and also what the overall terms are looking like in the ETA world. I.e if someone was to fund me to acquire a typical lending business to get started with the 'fintech lender' what terms would they want? Also would love to hear overall updates on what's happening in this world. Thanks all!
