Job Description One of the largest, established, profitable Austin-area service businesses is searching confidentially for a General Manager to run the day-to-day operations. This is not a desk job and it's not a babysitting job. The team knows its trade. What we need is someone who can sell - answer the phone fast, quote jobs, close commercial accounts, follow up on the leads most companies let die, and build lasting relationships with both commercial and residential clients. What you'll actually do Own revenue: inbound leads, outbound prospecting, estimates, closing. Roughly two-thirds of your week lives here. The other third is day-to-day operations - scheduling, handling escalations, keeping quality and service standards where they belong. You'll manage a small teamredactedpeople) and report on the numbers weekly: booked revenue, close rate, capacity. Full visibility, real authority.
