General Manger / COO

Tezza Ventures is seeking a GM/COO for its portfolio company Inflight Fitness (www.inflightfitness.com). The ideal candidate is a sales and process-oriented leader, that can operate in an industry that is competitive with global reach. A bit about Inflight Fitness: 1. Distributor of commercial-grade fitness equipment via a commercial dealer network. End customers are primarily real-estate developers, physical therapy, and municipal clients. Twenty-five+ years of presence in a niche market, with a strong brand reputation. 2. Inflight is in the midst of a few strategic initiatives: a re-branding campaign, international sales expansion, e-commerce roll-out, outsourcing warehouse operations to 3PL, and product upgrade/simplification of our supply chain. The COO will have the opportunity to lead these initiatives over the medium term, along with daily operations (which have been fully upgraded to enable remote work), Interest in manufacturing of metal fabricated products is a plus.
