Gauging interest on SaaS with 200k users

Hello everyone,

I have a SaaS with about ~200,000 users. I haven't been able to dedicate any time to it, as I have another SaaS that consumes all my time.

I'm probably going to list on Acquire and other sites, but thought I'd gauge interest here also.

It's pre-revenue, at this volume you can generate ~1,500/mo with ads and also create a B2b offering to GTM. I really need to raise capital for my other SaaS so willing to let go cheap if you're nimble.


EDIT: The SaaS is similar to Replit or CoderPad, it's an online code editor that allows you offers real-time collaboration with other devs. Picture Google Docs but for developers. Happy to DM the site.
